We're experienced in building value in following areas:
User research and insight
Future is a moving target. Identifying opportunities, converting them into meaningful business strategy and creating right organisational conditions for success - that is how we help you constantly adjust your course and work out what to do next. We test new ideas by prototyping early and iterating with the users to find the solution that work.
Positive emotion are key for the strength of your brand. We connect people with your brand by crafting delightful experiences that goes beyond expectations. We conduct user research to design human-centred products and service, creating good resonance between people and brand – inside and outside the organisation.
People expect pleasure and ease of interactions. We design the user experience of the new connected world that resonates with people in a meaningful and emotional way. We envision, design, and prototype delightful interactions across multiple devices and platforms.

In 2018, the Republic of Estonia will celebrate its Centenary. In fall 2013 we conducted a Pedestrian User Experience study, covering all pathways from Old City Harbour till City’s main tourist attractions. We delivered over 70 pages of in-depth graphical research with many suggestions. One of the outcomes from that has been a complete overhaul of Ports signage design, that will delight 9 million yearly visitors.

The People's Assembly Rahvakogu is an online platform for crowd-sourcing ideas and proposals to amend Estonia’s electoral laws, political party law, and other issues related to the future of democracy in Estonia. We helped to develop the informational architecture and define the user experience guidlines for the platform.

PSYT is a UK based company that develops scientifically-validated tools that enhance well-being and productivity. We provided the full design management service for the start-up company developing brand identity, communication strategy and design elements on various mediums including presentations and smartphone app.
Our approach is based on three main principles.
Within that framework we use wide range of tools.
Lean and Agile
In our work we use Design thinking, which starts with a discovery phase where we gather as much information as possible from the source. Only then we come back to a problem definition. From there we develop and prototype many solutions quickly and cheaply, and then optimise the best way to solve a given problem. Then we define, refine and deliver.
It seems like common sense to engage with the people you are designing for, but unfortunately it’s not common practice. Our goal is to develop mutually beneficial interactions inside and outside the organisation . To achieve this, we build a deep understanding and empathy for each party. This is not market research or customer surveys—this is conversing with real people, building supportive organisational culture if necessary to co-create better outcomes.
The world has changed. Traditional get it all figured out first approaches are not workable. We get out of the building and observe the real users in their real contexts. Focusing on the right things enables lean, rapid development delivering results as fast as possible. This amplifies learning during the project and helps cope with the uncertainty of concept development: anything can change when the thing being designed is something completely new and not an iteration of the old.
